Who is the I Can! Birth course for?

Anyone who hopes to better their birth experience with knowledge!

I am pregnant now. When should I take the course?

ASAP! We will discuss how to talk to your care provider, how to ask the right questions to get the answers you need, and learn about all of your options for birth. Learning about your options as early as possible in your pregnancy will ensure that you have the time to choose! 

Who should I bring with me to class?

This is completely up to you! The registration covers yourself and one other person. This could be your spouse, partner, mom, friend, etc. It is best to bring along someone who will be attending your birth.
