It is based on the best, most current medical evidence available and is centered on increasing your confidence and confronting fears, so you have the information you need to make the best decisions for the safest birth and can feel strong, competent, capable, and fearless. You CAN! do this.

$200 This covers yourself and one other person and is due at or before the scheduled class. Upon registering, gain full access support of myself, the instructor via email, phone or text, to help you build and navigate YOUR birth plan, help you communicate clearly with care providers, help you fight for your rights in childbirth, and help you find any further resources for all of your growing family's needs! Includes 5 hours of live, private instruction based on the 6 Healthy Birth Practices of Lamaze. Attend two, live, 2.5 hour sessions via Skype. Curriculum is evidence based, and tailored to your unique needs or special circumstance! Topics can also be added to include more info on the things you would like to know more about!
