Maternity care in the U.S. is a big business and a broken system that often leaves women and their families at the very least, feeling like "just a number" -  not being seen or heard, and feeling left with fear, overwhelm and so, so many questions.

I equip my clients with a powerful mindset shift and educate them on their rights in childbirth. Adopting a consumer mindset when approaching healthcare helps you to remember who is in charge - YOU. When you remember you are the paying customer, it shifts your perspective and reminds you of your right to choose.
